Positions Available
Operations Manager
Job Duties:
-Acquire, nurture, and win clients.
-Overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company.
-Managing team members
-Developing and implementing processes and procedures
-Ensuring that Project are completed efficiently and on time.
-Analyzing data and implementing strategies to improve the company's performance and profitability.
Skillsets & Experience:
-It would be helpful if you have the following:
-Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
-Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in data analysis and experience using project management tools
-Proficiency with creating SOPs
-Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
-Can work under pressure, goal-oriented
-A self-starter attitude and a passion for working in fast-paced environments
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in an HR, BPO or Recruitment Agency.
-Proficiency with Asana, Google Workspace, GHL, and Google Drive
Monthly Salary
-$800-$1200 Monthly
